We are moving our sales and administrative office to the Denver area and expanding our sales territory. We have closed down our Angel Fire showroom, but remain committed to servicing our condominium bulk TV & WiFi customers in Angel Fire and the Enchanted Circle.
As most of you know, we are a small, family run business. Due to the changing needs of our family, we have moved to the Denver area. We have moved the sales and administrative offices and functions to Castle Rock and Parker, Colorado and Danielle will continue to run our Angel Fire and Enchanted Circle area operations from Colorado. Our phone number remains the same for our New Mexico customers, 575-377-2817, but we will not have a physical office location in Angel Fire any longer. We are working on closing down that office. Our phone number for Colorado customers is 720-577-6434. Steve has taken a full time engineering position with Dish, which will be his main priority, but will continue to maintain, repair, and upgrade our WiFi systems we have installed throughout Angel Fire, Red River, and the Taos Ski Valley. Many of the WiFi maintenance needs are taken care of remotely.
We have hired a fantastic technician, Alfredo Lopez, who lives in the area in Northern NM and will be our “boots on the ground”. Alfredo has prior experience with Kit Carson Telecom, working on their fiber optic network, and also with Dish Network installing satellite TV systems. Alfredo works part time for us and his availability will be primarily on the weekends. His main priorities will be to help Steve with hands on WiFi maintenance needs and also with our bulk Dish Network satellite TV systems which we have installed and maintain in Angel Fire, Red River and the Taos Ski Valley. He will do some residential Dish Network TV installations as his schedule allows, but we will also utilize Dish Network corporate internal technicians for most satellite TV installations.
We remain committed to servicing our WiFi and TV systems and that will be our primary business focus in New Mexico. We will be eliminating installation and other technician services we have offered in the past, mainly due to manpower and the challenges of running a business from a distance. We will become primarily a sales company and not a service and installation company as we have been in the past (again, while still maintaining our existing systems). Danielle will be concentrating on sales both in New Mexico and Colorado- continuing to sell Dish Network satellite TV, CenturyLink internet, Comcast Business services, and our new Hosted Hospitality branded Voice over IP phone service.
We will be updating our website to reflect our changing business and will add features that should be helpful for our existing customers.
