50" 4K HD ROKU Smart TV- STR Streaming Configuration

Roku TVs are the best choice for STR or vacation rental properties because of their easy to use interface and ability to set to "Guest Mode".  

Your Roku TV will come configured in Guest Mode, with a welcome screen customized for your property. The Roku account will be set up for you, unique to only your rental property so there is no co-mingling with your personal accounts and viewing, and your TV will be activated with your guest account. The Roku TV will be connected to your property's WiFi network or "hard wired" and connected to the internet with an ethernet cable or powerline device.  A hard wired connection avoids pesky WiFi connection drops that can happen occasionally, requiring the TV to be re-connected to the WiFi.

The configuration includes adding the apps for streaming channels you wish to subscribe to (and offer logins for) and the many free streaming channels/services available as well.  Provide the best entertainment to your guests without the cost of cable or satellite!  (And coming just in time for ski season will be a customized local channel for your resort community!)  Configuration also includes guest instructions that will be printed and placed by the TV as well as instructions that can be texted or emailed to your guests.

The price for the TV is for a configured AND installed Roku TV.  Requires an active Tech Manager monthly plan.
